45 degrees with the hunidity

Hello,
In Bancroft there is an apartment above the church, and it has a portable airconditioner, and queen size beds, very nice! With the humid ex the temperature was around 45 degrees celcius. The mission president approved a small airconditioner for all appartments( our appartment was usually hotter than outside when we came back in). The bill on my debit card will be refunded, so don't worry, I'll put the money back in. I went on splits to Lindsey area this week, and the dinner appointment as you may have heard was one of Kent's relatives. It was pretty cool. I'm staying in Peterborough for one more transfer at least, which is good, we have made really good plans for the members. We are having a Bar-b-que on July 27th, and the "condition of admission" is that each member has to bring a friend. Last night we had this cool missionary musical presentation in memorial park in Oshawa. It was really good, the zone leaders organized it and there was a really good turn out. Peterborough's less actives are more than double the actives, there are a few really amazing people though, like the Fukishimas, they're a really old Japanese couple, and they are so nice and awesome. They were both converts to the church when they were younger, and I could talk a bit about Samurai's with them. I hope all the house work goes well,

I love you a lot

Bancroft

Mom,
Dad's whistle works on every dog, a while back a great dane had gotten away from his owner, so we got out and helped him catch it, I used the whistle and he came a running. Brandon visited with his grandparents so he didn't make it. On Friday before we went up to Bancroft, I taught this one lady, she had been taught by missionaries for 2 years, and didn't make any commitments, and while I was teaching the spirit was upon me so strong, that I started to shake. I know that she felt the spirit testifying to her of the truth, but in the end she still wouldn't commit to anything. It was very sad to see that happen. We went up to Bancroft (total population between 3500 and 4000 people) and they had like only 20 members, but they fed us every single day. Everyone in Bancroft is older than you (except for the Branch President who is leiah's ageish), but they are amazing member missionaries, they're always spreading the gospel, and giving out Books of mormon. It was invogorating, and now we're even more set on getting Peterborough more missionary oriented. In Bancroft they give you like five names as referels. There was also an investigator in Bancroft, and they are prepared for the gospel. I am excited to go back, but I am going to work twice as hard to get Peterborough in motion. I also tracted Evans st. this week. We are going through all the former investigators and all the streets, we will find those who the lord has prepared for us. I'm doing great, Im actually starting to tan, its great. I have been very clumsy on my mission and have missed the curb on a step or barely hit the curb causing me to almost fall, but I haven't hurt myself yet.
I love you a lot
